Pitcher oak is a decent value for money course just outside Redditch town centre, 9 holes that you can double up for 18. Cheap breakfast in the restaurant. Not the most manicured course but for £10 a round you can't grumble
A superb 9 hole course. Plenty of challenges, with mature trees and well placed hazards adding that little bit extra to the course. An excellent clubhouse and eatery awaits at the end of the game. I look forward to playing there again soon.

Bit of a beaten older feel course, but had a lovely morning throwing some plastic. Free parking right next to the course. Have to watch out for passing walking through and also had many locals choosing to have a whole family sit next to baskets!! Will come back and play again
Good course if you have your own kit. Nowhere to borrow kit and lots of nettles to loose discs in. That said however fair ways are clear.

Golf at the Abbey: As a new player to golf I finally found somewhere inclusive, welcoming and which had a fantastic facility for me to learn. I started lessons with the fantastic instructors there, who have developed my game massively in such a small period of time. I am now a member of the club, which gives me the ability to play whenever I want on their stunning course. The Greens are fantastic and I don’t know of a better place to learn the game of golf, or just to go and have fun out on the course.
We booked the Girls night in spa break package. Really good value for money and was a lovely break! The spa facilities were good and very relaxing and the room was great! It was lovely to have great sharing platter of good (there was a lot of food and variety) delivered to our room and also a DVD player with classic chick flicks...what more could you ask for! Highly reccomend!

24 hour opening and variety of equipment is great. Only thing in evenungs its too busy.
Not the biggest but it's a very clean and well looked after gym. Users put weights back after use which is rare to find. I can imagine during peak hours you will have a bit of waiting about as not the largest selection of weights, benches or racks available. Plenty of cardio machines though.

Gymophobics Redditch is a fabulous place to join. Such friendly staff and members. Very attentive staff with thorough knowledge of what is best for whatever you want to achieve, be it losing weight, getting fit, dietary advice etc. A very easy going gym, with a lovely social aspect. Just a 30 minute workout by doing 3 minutes on each piece of equipment using air resistance, so no pounding on treadmills etc. I’ve been going for 5 weeks and I have lost just over 8 lbs in weight and 6 inches overall. I absolutely love going and I feel happier and more relaxed, and I am sleeping far better. 3 minutes on a piece of equipment is probably as long as it takes to make a cup of tea. So if you’ve been looking to get and feel better, give Gymophobics a go. What have you got to lose except excess lbs.
Fab fab fab gym - instructors and members so supportive. All ages at gym - worth a visit and then am sure you will want to join 😊

Nice facilities, good choice of things to do but staff could be more customer focused, once they have your monthly subscription they don't seem to care about you
The Abbey Stadium has been sporting venue in Redditch for many years. Recent refurb has improved it. Good gym, 2 fantastic pools and a running track. I'd like to see the sports hall have an upgrade in the future. Lots of parking. Well used facility. Many people from Redditch have a memory of using The Abbey Stadium, whether as a child, adult or parent.

Typical ground for this level of football. Good clubhouse. Had 3G pitch for hire.
Friendly place to watch some football and have a couple of pints with some honest down to earth people.
